Good evening Washington DC critter removal, I seen your web site
and need your help or advice. I had two elderly neighbors that
are storing food in there oven and on the table. Right now they
are not in there house. Rather than to discuss their personal
business I need to tell you that in Silver Spring, Maryland we always have this problem. But my neighbors is another issue. Getting back to me my house has lots of wholes a space that a mouse or rat can get into. I am being up front that my budget is very limited. Every time they clean there house I hear something while sitting on my sofa in my living room. It sounds like nails scraping in the ceiling and the wall where my chimney is. I am afraid of rats because I was bit by a field rat when I was an infant. I am afraid that if this rat or rats gets in my house from the wall it will bit me. I have a cat and when It hears the scratching noise the cat stares right where it is. I really believe its in the wall. I have also seen a squirrel get in my house threw my air-conditioner. the squirrel was walking every morning out side the front of my house on the wires. I don't see it any more. I also have spot lights in the ceiling and I hear a lot to jingling in ceiling. The ceiling was put up with a medal frame and then plaster board. I heard it one day falling down the front of my wall . Where it got to after that I don't know. I really need to do something. My question is how expensive can this be. and can you help cover all these holes.
