hi. i wondered if a fake dummy owl placed outside would deter mice from coming around or entering my house. i have done all i can and still come winter the odd mice gets into walls etc. that you can occasionally hear. nothing inside as we keep it very clean. since you can't seal a home is there anything that can really be effective. thanks.
